Jeff Roush

Jeff Roush graduated from Gem City School of Horology in Quincy, Illinois in 1976. He then worked at Arthur Anderson Jewelers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before returning home to Iowa where he became a partner at M&M Jewelry in Des Moines. Jeff started The Jeweler’s Bench, as a wholesale trade shop, in 1981. The Jewelers Bench worked behind the scenes with many major jewelers in the Des Moines area. Now, Jeff has taken The Bench in a different direction and focuses on custom work and repair.

Mitch Roush

Mitch Roush graduated from Gem City College in Jewelry-Diamond Setting and Design in 2012. Mitch has worked for over five years as a jeweler, and currently works on custom projects at The Jeweler’s Bench. Mitch is passionate about creating quality custom work, and educating customers.
